How to submit online referrals, test results, etc.
After making an appointment, you can upload documents such as a letter of referral, test result forms, etc.
Please use this function if you are required to submit a medical expense voucher, a letter of referral, or a consent form.
From the Manage Reservations screen, select a reservation and tap the "Document" button.
Tap "Add Submission" at the bottom of the screen.
