What is Medical DX?
DX" is an abbreviation for "Digital Transformation" and refers to the transformation of society and lifestyles through digital technology. Medical DX aims to build a system that allows patients to receive better quality medical care by optimally utilizing information on medical examinations, treatment, drug prescriptions, etc.
Development of Medical DX Promotion System
The Clinic is taking the following actions to develop a medical DX promotion system in accordance with the June 2024 medical fee revision.
- We offer online billing.
- We have a system for online eligibility verification.
- We have a system that allows physicians to view or utilize the medical information obtained through the use of electronic credential verification in the examination room, operating room, or treatment room where they provide medical care.
- The system for issuing electronic prescriptions will be available from March 2025. (Transitional measures until March 31, 2025)
- The system that can utilize the electronic medical record information sharing service is awaiting the response of the relevant service. (Transitional measures until September 30, 2025)
- We are calling out and posting posters about the use of the health insurance card for the my number card.
- Matters concerning the system for promoting medical DX and obtaining and utilizing sufficient information to provide high quality medical care will be posted in an easily viewable location and on the website of the relevant insured medical institution.
