　We have established a minimally invasive surgery center. In addition to "no-cut" surgery, which is rarely performed elsewhere, we have developed and perform unique techniques such as hybrid minimally invasive surgery that combines a 1.9mm endoscope, which is about the thickness of a syringe needle, and an echo, instead of the 4mm thickness normally used.
　In particular, echo-guided non-surgical procedures for spring toe, Ducerban's disease, Dupuytren's contracture, carpal tunnel syndrome, elbow tunnel syndrome, ganglion, tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis, and plantar tendonitis are less painful and provide similar or better results without surgery that previously required an incision. The procedure is painless, and provides the same or better results without the need for conventional surgery that requires an incision.
　We have devised minimally invasive surgeries using echo and endoscopes instead of conventional techniques that involve incisions, and offer them to our patients. We are constantly developing and devising better surgical techniques to ensure certainty and safety even in minimally invasive surgery by using echoes and endoscopes as guides and checking the screen while performing the surgery.
