Hydrodissection and Perineural Injection
Hydro dissection ~a new concept of injection
New concept of injections to improve "muscle and nerve adhesion, traction, and gliding loss" due to sports injuries, postural changes, and aging
We aggressively and professionally administer hydro-release injections. Although some patients do not want injections, we do not use pain medications, compresses, or physical therapy that do not improve the condition unless the patient wants to. Due to sports injuries, chronic inflammation, poor posture, and skeletal changes, the body has adhesions in various places that compress and traction nerves and cause pain.
A non-surgical method that can treat the condition, as much as possible, is hydro-release injections. We tell our patients that this is a treatment that uses liquid to remove adhesions from nerves and muscles and soften tissues, so that people will not be put off by the word "injection" alone.
If injections have not worked for you in the past, or if you have been using endless painkillers and compresses that have been ineffective at other hospitals, please consider hydrorelease.
Please note that there may be cases in which "fascia stripping" alone is not sufficient due to significant bone deformity, cartilage wear, tendon rupture, or other structural failure. In such cases, we will explain the situation during the consultation and suggest restorative surgery or other treatments as necessary.

Advanced Treatments and Minimally Invasive Day Surgery for Tennis Elbow
The pathophysiology of tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis of the humerus) and its basic and next-generation treatment methods will be explained in detail. We will also introduce the non-invasive surgery for tennis elbow, which can be safely performed using high-definition echocardiography.
