Dear Staff

　This new concept orthopedic clinic is conveniently located at the foot of Blue Mountain, east of the Doki River in Marugame. After graduating from Okayama University, I worked in Kyoto and Tokyo before gaining overseas experience in Singapore. Although my clinical experience abroad was particularly short (five and a half years), I was able to gain a variety of knowledge and perspectives that surpassed all of the experience I gained in Japan. The various new treatment methods that we now offer to our patients are the result of that experience.

　I have loved playing soccer since I was a child, but I suffered from many injuries that prevented me from playing at times. However, the human relationships that expand through sports are very important even when living abroad. I would like to continue to be involved in sports that color my life. From young children to elderly people who love sports, I would like to make every effort to fulfill the needs of my patients as much as possible.

　We also believe that it is important to spend time with yourself and your family, such as playing sports as a hobby, going to hot springs, climbing mountains, etc. on weekends. We would like to focus on the way we work so that all of our staff can work comfortably.

　This is still a brand new clinic, and we are looking for people who can bring your color to the clinic and make it exciting. We will do our best to support you, so please join us in creating a one-of-a-kind clinic with a new concept.

For Medical Clerks and Clinic Assistants

　As the face of the clinic, I consider it very important because I often come into contact with patients before the doctors and nurses do. In recent years, our work has become more complicated, and the number of documents and equipment we handle has increased. Although we understand that this is a difficult job, we hope that we can treat patients who come to the clinic with a smile and make them feel comfortable. Medical clerks are required to do any of the following: general reception, accounting, appointment management, receipts, cash register, answering the phone, and physician assistance (medical clerk).
　Clinic assistants are required to guide patients from reception to consultation, examination, rehabilitation, and accounting, assist with medical interviews, listen to patients' voices, communicate cheerfully with various patients, and listen to patients' requests.

Dear Nurse

　Although we have an operating room, we never perform major surgeries. Most surgeries can be performed without assistance. General orthopedic outpatient and procedural assistance is not a problem. We are hoping that you can cheerfully handle medical interviews, guiding patients in and out of the clinic, etc. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to treatments that are not performed elsewhere. Please come and join us and make our clinic a great place to work.

For physical and occupational therapists

　A bright and spacious rehabilitation center with a view of greenery is set up in an arrangement that is easily accessible from the examination and treatment rooms. The treatment can be performed in close collaboration with the physician. Unlike clinics where the examination rooms are far apart, we value the collaboration between doctors and rehabilitation. We are planning to place an echo in the rehabilitation room, which can be used to improve knowledge. We welcome those who are involved in sports, and will support your active participation in lectures and seminars such as STEP and the Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Society, as well as facility tours if you wish.

Dear Judo Therapist

　You can study under a doctor from acute to chronic diseases. You can be involved in all aspects of the treatment of patients, from findings to examination and treatment. You can improve your skills and diagnostic abilities and give back to your patients. For those who will be opening their own practice in the future, learning about orthopedic surgery, x-ray, echo, and MRI images, and the details of surgery will surely be a good experience that will give you an advantage over other judo therapists. For those of us involved in orthopedic surgery, the way of thinking and treatment methods of judo therapists will be fresh and instructive. Dear Radiologist

　For radiography, the center is equipped with a FUJIFILM flat panel and x-ray system, a floating bed that can be raised and lowered, and a system capable of taking long radiographs and a bookie for standing. For bone densitometry, we are equipped with DXA by Toyo Medic, and for MRI, we have Open MRI by FUJIFILM. Two changing rooms are provided for ease of operation. The center was also designed with thorough consideration given to the flow line from the examination room to the technologist's operation room. It will be easy to collaborate with doctors and nurses. We prefer candidates with strong experience in hospital ICT and digital related fields.
