My number card (myna insurance card)
 Online eligibility verification is available. By using the my number card instead of the conventional health insurance card for reception (Myna Reception), we are able to obtain drug information, information on specified/elderly health checkups, and other necessary medical information for patients to be seen. (Please be sure to bring your medication notebook with you, as the health insurance card cannot be used to obtain drug information during medical examinations).

Medication book (if you have one)
 When prescribing medications at our clinic, please be sure to bring your medication book with you as it will be used as a reference to determine if the medications match with your medication or if they are compatible with your constitution. (You do not need to bring your medication book only if you have agreed to provide us with your drug information when you apply for a Minor Receptionist.)
Referrals, images and reports
 If you have a letter of introduction from another medical institution, please present it at the reception desk.

 If you are receiving a medical examination using public funds, please be sure to bring your beneficiary card (e.g., medical care beneficiary card for the elderly, medical care beneficiary card for infants, etc.) that proves your eligibility and present it at the reception desk.
No doctor's note required
 Our clinic has introduced a no consultation ticket system ahead of other clinics. Those who visit various hospitals and clinics may be troubled by the increase in the number of consultation tickets. Our clinic uses your health insurance card or your My Number card instead of a consultation ticket. There is no need to worry about forgetting your medical card, having more cards, or needing your medical card number when making an appointment.
Ensuring the quality of treatment and the cost of treatment
Insurance and Self-Financing
 Japan has a universal health insurance system. While this system is unparalleled in the world as an insurance system, it is no longer adequate to cover the costs of rapidly evolving advanced medical care, skyrocketing medical equipment and drugs, and the acquisition of advanced technology.
 In other words, the quality and content of treatment that can be provided by insurance has become limited.
 Currently, Japanese patients can choose between treatment provided within the scope of insurance treatment and self-funded treatment, which is treatment not covered by insurance. The major difference between these insured and self-funded treatments is the quality and content of the treatment.
At our clinic, some treatments and surgeries are self-funded. When patients are asked to choose a treatment, we explain the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment method to them and let them choose whether they will receive the treatment covered by insurance or at their own expense. We will do our best to provide the treatment that the patient chooses.
At our clinic, we believe that a trusting relationship with our patients is of the utmost importance.
 Without mutual trust, we cannot provide both insured and self-funded care.
